There used to be a list of employers with IVF coverage in certain areas on the INCIID page. Haven't been able to find it. INCIID does list the benefit outlines and mandates, but that is only helpful for a handful of states. Does anyone know of any employer lists that are out there. It seems that when the employers are educated, the patients benefit.
