Just trying to figure out what some of my fellow Reproductive Nurses get for weekend coverage pay. For example- Do you get time and a half, a minimum amount of hours paid, is there a seperate weekend pay (higher than your hourly rate), etc...?
Also, what if you are on-call, and there are no patients in the office that weekend. Do you get paid an "on-call" amount? Thanks!
